For emergencies, such as your server being down and not contactable via ssh or remote desktop, we provide two contact facilities; First, an emergency SMS facility for all customers with the premium or fully managed SLA which is available 24/7/365, and second the above phone number which may be used during normal working hours for emergency issues.
To request a reboot of a server, please use the reboot option on the emergency contact page.

We take customer complaints very seriously, so if you have an issue please let us know so that we can do something about it. If you have a serious complaint that you feel is not being dealt with properly then please contact our Managing Director, Kate, directly via md@memset.com (please do not CC emails to that address - CC'd mails will be ignored).
Those email addresses go directly through to us, so please only use them for genuine complaints; other issues should be directed to the appropriate channel, and of course a phone call is often simplest!
